Xbox Live Vision Camera says Malfunctioned Windows 10

Hi, I am a Gaming Live streamer, and up until yesterday my Xbox Live Vision Cam plugged into a USB on my PC and running through OBS/SLOBS perfectly for almost 2 years, yesterday Windows told me it "Malfunctioned" while setting up my stream, so I did all
the driver update and rollback, and unistalled, scan for hardware changes and nothing. Almost immediately my PC became slow and would not give me access to ChkDsk in CMD Prompt, so I tried going online and I couldnt even open a browser window.

After leaving it off overnight I have reset the PC the its factory state and just finished updating.

My cam, that was recording/broadcasting in a crisp resolution of 720p, statesthe resolution is 1280 x 960, and the quality is grainy, and dark.

Also while using Chroma key previous to yesterday, I had a small amount of unhidable shadow. As of today Chroma Key may as well not be used, even though i have 2 x studio lamps.
