Xbox Live VIP Rewards rebates not posting

Good day,

I have a question as to why I haven't received any rebates at the end of the month these past several months. I've made a fair number of purchases and while I've earned some rewards I haven't seen any rebates. Any input would greatly be appreciated.

Keep in mind that in-game consumables are not eligible for VIP rebates.

XBOX REWARDS I HAVE MADE ALOT OF PURCHASES ON MY XBOX. GAMES, MOVIES, AND MOVIE APPS SUCH AS REDBOX, NETFLIX, BUT HAVE NO REWARD POINTS FOR DOING SO

why have i not been getting my rewards or rebates and my vip status hasnt chaged

Hello web jazz,

After reviewing your account, we see that you have consistently received Credit and deposit events over the last few months, which you can review via your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. We see that your confusion may have started in March. That month,
you chose to participate in both the Simply Rewarding (pending March 18th) and Rogue One (pending March 24th) offer. Since purchases cannot be double rewarded by MyVIP and offers, those purchases went solely towards the offers. They were a part of your April
12th deposit.

Due to an issue we are currently working on resolving, April payback has been delayed. In general though, payback is awarded as a monthly whole by the 15th the following month. However, as mentioned, the payback may appear later than that date this month.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

pending for January purchases.
