Xbox live verification

My gamertag and xbox live account is associated with an email account that is no longer available.

I have attempted to gain access but told information is not complete enough.

If I could remember the password I would change account to my Microsoft account, but I can't.

Help!

xbox live verification

when i log in to xbox live if frequently asks to send a code to email on file. this is no longer a valid email address.I cant seem to locate area to update email online when i am signed in to my account. any help would be appreciated. Im just a 57 yr old
that likes keeping the world safe from terrorists on call of duty, haha, and am tired of getting the message everytime I log in to xbox live.

Xbox.com/forgot..... Or give phone support a call for account issues. Keep up the good fight!!!! Although I doubt your age claim is valid, Dual security can be turned off OR, better yet.... done once on a trusted console. GOOD LUCK!!!!

If you know the login information to your Microsoft account, I believe you should be able to
add an alias, which is how you add another email address to the account.

Hey there, you can add another alternate e-mail address or phone number as verification, and remove your incorrect proof after you do so. Instructions can be found

In near enough every case you see this, a user has changed their name on their Microsoft account to the "Verified" so when the name is displayed below the gamertag, it shows as that. Do not confuse this with anything, it's just a way for people too feel
better. I don't understand the point. However it's nothing special typically.
