    hai,

    Onze xbox heeft wel een netwerkverbinding, maar geen multiplayerverbinding, terwijl er wel een lopend xbox live abonnement is. Hoe maak ik weer verbinding met xbox live?

    Our xbox is connected with the internet, but I have no multiplayerconnection. Our xbox live abonnement is still active. How can I make a connection with xbox live again?

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. Sorry to hear about any issues occurring with the Xbox live connection. If you test your multiplayer connection do you get an error message? If so, what is the error message you're receiving? also, I recommend for you

    Als ik het goed begrijp probeer je tegelijkertijd met één account in te loggen op twee xboxen.

    Er kan naar mijn weten niet gelijktijdig gebruik worden gemaakt van één account. Dit is hieronder te lezen in support tread van xbox.
