I saw the offer of 3 months Xbox Live Gold with 1000 vbucks and i purchased Xbox live so I could get the 1000 vbucks yet I haven't been given the vbucks yet I can't seem to get through to an actual agent. Can anyone give me any advice of when i will
receive the vbucks?

There is a new xbox live gold bundle That comes with 1k vbucks and i was wondering if i buy it as a gift does the vbucks code still come? I want to know as i dont really need the membership but want the vbucks. I was just going to use the gold code for
a christmas present and the vbucks for myself.

You can't redeem the Vbucks and the gold membership in different accounts, and the Vbucks will be sent 2 weeks after the transaction is complete

Actually you could redeem the code for the Vbucks on any account you want. It doesn't have to be the same one you bought the gold on.

You do not get the vbucks straight away, you usually have to wait around 10 working days before a code is sent via xbox live message for the vbucks for you to redeem.

They said it could take up to 2 weeks and then you would need to go onto your messages on microsoft and you could get the code. Hope this helped

Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
