Xbox live user stalking me on GTA.

Good morning, here's what I have to say. It's over a week now that my crew and I are getting stalked on GTA Online by this user, who was defriended/blocked/avoided by everyone and still does manage to join each single session we get in even if there's no
one that could've possibly invited him. He uses all the possible cheap tactics including glitches and god mode, so I basically don't know what to do since it's getting pretty annoying. We're sure to be "away" from this guy only when we're playing in invite
only sessions.

a user by the name of [Mod Removed] has been harassing my profile with slanderous messages. this user has also notified his friends to send slanderous messages also. i have a 7 year old that plays games on my profile as well and i don't
want her to read these abusive messages that appear on a daily bases. i have been trying diligently to block all the messages but its hard to block all his friends and then their friends and so on.

i would like this user to be banned for starting a war i cant seem to win. i have privacy setting set to only receive messages from friends but now i cant receive any messages from possible friends that i meet on xbox live without turning it off. once i
turn it off soon after i start getting abusive messages again. i did not provoke him in any way he then sends me a message saying that he has reported me. i do not have anything that violates the terms of service in any way, no mods, no lag switches, no modded
controllers, etc.

he has also threatened to kill us both in our sleep and or by putting a bullet in my 7 year old's head after he rapes her in front of me and then kill me as well. i would like something done about this user as soon as possible. please contact me at this

If he is getting in to your matches then there is someone inviting him. If you guys are doing private matches then perhaps you should check out who he is friends with.

In the meantime if he is being really disruptive to your group you can use the dashboard reporting tools to report him. Go to his bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions provided.

 

another thing to check is does anyone have the option to 'join session' on their profile?

 

When I look at his profile I can't see that option, but one thing no one of us tried is to "close our profile" in order for him to not be able to join our session via the aforementioned option. Can I get a suggestion about how doing it?
