XBox Live user name / compromised has been stolen along with games

To access the account they must have both your account email and the password, there is a way to recover this, go to account.microsoft.com put the account email on the first page, on the second page put forgot my password. There is an option when you get
in there that someone has taken my account. There is a recovery process for this very thing. Hopefully you had up to date security on the account, otherwise there is a form to fill out to prove this is your account

Never give out your account name or password to anyone, in most cases this is caused when a "friend" says he is going to add something to your game or account.

To get into your account they have to know either the above info or have access to your security proofs.

If you can no longer find your account, contact customer support and they can help find your account and walk you through the steps

Email hacked and also xbox hacked. Sorry to hear that.

All you can do is recover your email account first (and see what else has been compromised), and then recover the xbox account (and any other accounts that were compromised from the stolen email account).
