XBOX LIVE update for game never finishes

    XBOX LIVE update for game never finishes


    In the span of a month and then some I tried updating my game GTA 5 for XBOX live and the update hasn't gone past 56% and constantly says installation stopped. Tried looking for help with this problem previously and at first attempt it wouldn't go past 36%
    until I unplugged everything and did a lot of basic trouble shooting. Game took forever to download with problems as well while connected to the internet until I downloaded it offline which is why I'm trying to update now.

    Hello,

    Please try to manually download the update from this site here. You will need access to either a USB Flash Drive (best method) or a CD/DVD that you can write the files onto from your
    computer.

    Reply back and let us know if that worked.

    P.s. I used the USB update to fixed my problem.
