xbox live update error

I cannot connect to live due to a download error. I have tried wifi and wired connections, USB and DVD and reseated the HDD. When trying to download via internet I get "Can,t download the update. To test your connection, open System Settings and Select Network
Settings, Test Xbox Live Connection. If the problem persists, go to
www.xbox.com/support." Status Code: 42FE - 0000 - 0080 -0300 - 8007 - 045D I tested the connection as instructed several times and it always passes connecting to the internet but fails to xbox live.

When trying to download via USB i get "Can't process the update. If the problem persists, go to
www.xbox.com/support. Status Code: 445E - 0000 - 3000 - 0906 - 0468

I have also tried "LB RB X LB RB X" but still get the same failures. Any thoughts?

Can't sign in to my account.

Think xbox live is down I'm getting same error. Service status timed at 22:18 says check back in 30 mins for update

pleease help me. i did every thing i could do i even downloaded the update to my usb flash drive because i though i had a problem with my wireless but i really wasnt that. please help meeee >>>>>status code 397F - 3CD6 - 1380 - 0703 - C000

Hey, same here. It just won't update, after a few minutes I get the same errors and thats it.

Things that make this error worse is that the repair service homepage does not work, so I can't even send my box in (because of another graphics error)... just wonderful.

According to the support page below, your xbox can't download the xbox. Possibly a connection error.

How to Fix:

The update could not be downloaded from Xbox Live. Try the following:
