Xbox Live Unfair Ban Please Help!

Good morning, i hope you're doing good today , well, i'm here because i wanna request your help for my xbox live account:

I've been and Xbox Live member for about 8 years, i've spend a lot of time, effort, and money on my account, and, we sometimes as xbox live member, can face with some mean persons that want to prejudice our steady on the xbox live service. Last sunday, a
guy came to me saying that he wanted to share content with me, and i was happy because he had a game that i wanted for long time, so i said yes to him, in the meanwhile we were doing this transfer, he told me that i've stolen his info (account) which i didn't,
so he went to report me as i've stolen his account, which i didn't, but, the fun part, is that he has done this before with other persons, which means it could be another person who really stole his info.

After all that situation, when i signed in to my account, i realized that i was permanently banned from the service, so i went to see the emal that was sent to me, and i ended making a case review in the enforcement team page, after all the explanations
i made to the team, they made the final desicion of keeping the ban in my account, after that, i had a long talk with a microsoft support agent, and he said that he recomend me to come here and try to talk with and xbox live ambassador or with an enforcement
team member. So all i want to ask you guys is to really please review my case, because i've put much effort to my account, and i can't loose it like that, so please i hope you read this message and help me with my situatuion.

My account was banned without any reason

Hello, first i'm french so my english isn't perfect. Yesterday my account was banned from the xbox live for "unfair action" but i don't understand this ban. I never made a bad or unfair action. In other side, when the ban started, i was in a game with my
friends so i could not be "unfair" with others.

That is with any terms of use they have to be written by lawyers so they stand up in court

The pet team also gathers all evidence before issuing a ban and it is reviews by multiple teams

I suggest you look at the ban forums and read the faq

Its not just one person who reviews decisions

 

Sorry, but support gave you incorrect information. The enforcement team are the only ones who deal with bans and they do not post on the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them, which is what you've done. There is nothing else that
can be done.

Ambassadors are just fellow gamers like yourselves. We are no employees of Microsoft.

Also, it is a violation to share accounts. So whether you actually stole the account or not, just agreeing to share content like that is enough to get you banned.

 

Basically you gameshared which is against the rules. No matter what anybody tells you about people here being able to help, lift, remove, etc banned accounts THEY CAN'T. Phone support said that to get you off the phone. You tried to get something for nothing
and got caught, now you have paid the price. You will not get unbanned, you will not get anything from your old account back either. Start over, keep your nose clean this time and PAY for the games and things you want, plain and simple.

 

One thing you guys don't understand is that i've lost a lot of content from my account, so i need somebody to really help me with my case

 

Once an account is banned, it's not unbanned. You will not get your account back or any of the content. You willingly agreed to share with the other user and violated the code of conduct.

 

It's unfair that the other guy didn't pay the price too

 

Someone may not have filed a complaint on him yet so the enforcement team may not have investigated him, but he will be found out and banned at some point.
