Xbox live unable to log in

Please advise unable to log into xbox rec's error message to try again later it has been 60 mins

Dashboard lag

I believe the pins are stored "In the Cloud"

When my internet cut out, I rebooted my system, and was unable to access the internet. On my pins it said "Log in to Xbox Live to get your pins".

May be something to do with that?

There is currently an issue affecting the ability to log in. Xbox is aware of the issue. Xbox Support on Twitter

i am on windows 10

it is only happening with football manager 2023

i have troubleshooted, reset game files, restarted pc, restarted xbox app

i am receiving the pop up

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.
