Xbox Live Two Accounts

So my first console was an Xbox 360 And I obviously made a Xbox account. When I upgraded to a Xbox One S I totally forgot about my account and i made a new one. A year later I got my email back that was used to make my Xbox 360 account and I i logged in
to my Xbox one with it. I want to to use that account for many reasons mainly nostalgia though but I bought a bunch of games on that Xbox one s account... Can i move my games over to my old account because I don't want to have to keep switching accounts to
play different games.

Beginner/Nub questions about Xbox Live...

What happens to a Gamertag that allows its Xbox Live subscription to run out, more specifically with regards to the name's availability to other users? (Like, is there a "grace period" where no one can use the name, to give the person time to get back on Xbox Live with that account?)

Is there some kind of rebate for a second Xbox Live account belonging to the same person / credit card?

If going that route (2 Xbox Live accounts on the same console), will there be anything associating the two in the eyes of the public?

Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

Hi all

I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

any help thanks

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. However, all you need to do is set your One as your Home console and you can access the games from both accounts. My Home Xbox Setting on Xbox One | Share Your Xbox One

Make sure you are connected to the console with the same account used to purchase the Gold subscription. Check in the "Subscriptions" section that the subscription is correctly active. If everything is correct, try to clear the cache by holding down the
power button for 10 secs and try again. If it doesn't work, try to delete the profile from the console and re-download it again.

This message means that you online safety and security settings are set to not allow you to play online multiplayer games.

If it had to do with your live subscription it would just take you to the purchase gold page.

Well, at this point, I would suggest you have a chat with a friendly XBL agent. You can choose Option 2 after finding your country's support line: See

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
