    service on xbox live has been terrible for the last couple of days. many games and areas of my xbox one will not function due to various errors that the system says are on microsoft's end. what is going on?

    Can I still use my live on Xbox 360

    I'm having trouble connecting to live with Xbox 360. I have no trouble with live on Xbox One. Are they discontinuing live 360 at some point?

    Hey there,

    Could you post up which specific issue you're running into, along with the specific error message and error code you received? Error codes generally look similar to XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000. Keep us posted so we can narrow down what the issue may be.

    Sorry to hear you're having connection trouble. Seems to be a connection trouble with the XBOX Live servers. I am having the same problems too. Please be patient and hopefully it will be back up soon.
