    I have recently bought xbox live gold for 12 months (1 year) and this will not let me play online with my game rocket league.

    Coukd you please tell me if there is some sought of verification i need to do or what. Ive purchased it and have the receipt but dont have the features.

    please remove your account from your console and redownload it..

    I have downloaded netflix and can get other privileges from live but whenever i press find a match for online rocket league it says "checking priveleges" and then sends me to the page to buy xbox live gold

    I have downloaded netflix and can get other privileges from live but whenever i press find a match for online rocket league it says "checking priveleges" and then sends me to the page to buy xbox live gold

    URGENT, HELP NEEDED! Xbox Live Subscription trouble.

    You can check billing.microsoft.com to see how much you owe and about changing a payment method to make up the difference.

    If you cannot figure it out from that site your only other option is to call support (1-800-469-9269) to get them to help you.

    The reason your pre-paid code will not work is because all purchasing ability on your account has been frozen until this is corrected.
