Xbox live Trials not working properly?

Used my Sunset Overdrive 14 day code and wanted to play some CoD AW Tonight. Wouldn't work. Tried a 2 day code, wouldn't work either.

Yet I was able to play Rock Band 3 and Halo 4 the other night with no issues. And no, the code hadn't lapsed considering Sunset was Tuesday.

Bought console with 14day live gold trial which never worked. Known issue affects so many.

What do you mean by the trial not working?

Trials do not give you a full gold membership,they only give you limited access to some xbox live gold features & a lot of games will not let you play online with a trial.

A lot of people do not realise this & think that the trial is not working when in fact it is.

 

Xbox live trial not working

I just bought my Xbone 2 weeks ago. It comes with 2 14 day trials. The first one worked just fine. I go to type in the new one today and it's saying the code is wrong. Any way to fix this or get a new code?

 

A trial code does not give full access to online features such as ranked multiplayer. They also do not stack so I'm afraid you've wasted the 2 day code you had if you put the code in.

 

i have had the same issue when i entered in the 2-day code that i received with my copy of Call of duty: Advanced Warfare. i haven't been able to access the game at all. The code just doesn't work

Well, my account with a trial code has been able to play Call of Duty off and on all day. In "Ranked" modes. So I don't know man.

 

AW 2 day trial code of gold membership not working. any ideas

Hey misses quinzel I'm still having issues, I redeemed a 2 day trial code on the 3rd around midnight and I'm still not able to play online. I chatted with support yesterday and it's still not fixed for me at least. I've tried hard resetting my console, deleting
my profile and nothing has worked.

 

I am still having trouble with accessing xbox live from entering a 14 day trial from a xbox one advanced warfare bundle.

 

i'm seeing the same issue with my 2 day trial code included AW

Could somebody help i used my 2 day gold free trial for madden 16 and doesnt work still says that i have no gold

 

Sorry to hear KiD. However, for future reference it would be better for you to create a new thread instead of bumping older ones.

The trial has been wasted though as you are currently showing as having a Gold membership. If you cannot access online play in the game then try power cycling the console by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

If you experience further issues please be sure to create a new thread detailing them.
