xbox live trial not working on new acc

When I activated it, it said that it was ''backwards compatibility code''.

so when i applied a 14 Day Trial code that came with a new XBox One. That activated fine as a "14 Day Trial to XBox Live Gold" and the backwards compatibility thing. However, when I try to play forza horizon it still asks me to sign-up to an XBox Live
Gold subscription.

I can not acces to xbox live despit I exchange my 14 day trial code on the store.

 

1 month free xbox live gold trial will not work

have you set your region to UK,if there's any interruption in the set up process you may not get the free months trial associated with that account,and may need to set up a completely new Xbox Live Acc. to receive the Free trial

 

It can take a while for the new status to get pushed through the system.

Can you see here if it says there's an active trial membership under Subscriptions?

What are you trying to do in Forza Horizon (2?) when you get told you need Gold?

FYI 14 day trials Don recharge you to gold so you can't get free games with gold

Also trials only work with a limited amount of games usually the ones they come with also on in non ranked matches
