    xbox live trial not showing


    xbox live free trial for new accounts not showing was wondering why considering it says you can get a free 30day trial with a new account just moved over to xbox from ps4 so don't really know what to do to get this and the support team are messing me around
    one saying they'll sort a code out and others saying I just have to pay for it and unfortunately I don't get paid till the end of the month

    renewed xbox live gold membership today but cannot access gold features

    No I have not used a trial card. I purchased a 12 month Xbox live gold membership today.

    via xbox, The purchase is showing on my account purchase history.

    I log on. I'm connected to Live. My games don't show as trials.

    I boot the game. The game starts. Xbox disconnects. My game turns into a trial.

    An Xbox Live Trial Code is only a trial code and gives only limited access to full Gold features. You cannot play in ranked online matches (try unranked) and will not show as a Gold membership on your gamercard.
