Xbox live trial doesn't work

I got a free one month trial for live on my account on Xbox one. My Xbox one says it's active, the transaction is in my purchase history, but I can't play anything online.

Whenever I try to play something online, for example battlefield 4, it redirects me to the page to buy gold. Any way I can fix this? I gave it a day to see if it maybe needed some more time to get active or something but it still doesn't work.

If you mean the free month when starting a account then you don't get that anymore.

You will not be sent a code for a months xbox live gold.

XBOX FREE TRIAL DOESN'T WORK

When i tried to get my free trial for xbox live it didn't work. i enterd the paypal codes and it didn't work so i'm pretty mad right now and i am trying to contact xbox via chat for a view days and it's always closed, and i'd hope for a xbox live code for
one month soon cause i'm pissed off and upset about it (you can send the xbox live codes to mia via xbox messages).

I'd like it if xbox would contact me.

Hi, please remove your account from your console, fully turn off your console for one minute and then turn it on and re-add your account

Trials only give you limited access to some xbox live gold features.

Some games require you to have a full gold membership & wont let you play on a trial.

i used this type of trial before and it worked

But this time it didn't

In the site it doesn't say i have a trial under my subscriptions

Only can see it in the console

I don't know if anyone else already posted the solution to this, but a friend had the same issue with the same error. The problem was, he was trying to redeem a code over a trial gold. Live Gold and Gold Trial, doesn't mix up, that's why the solution is
to let the gold subsciption end and then redeem the code. So if you have a Live Gold and try to redeem a Trial code (like the one included with the xbox) or the other way around, it won't work.

I feel ya buddy, if ya talking about Xbox live gold free trial that is. I got a message from Xbox Live Saying I was eligible for a free one-month trial.
