xbox live trial didnt work

i tried to put in the trial code and it worked but never connected to the xbox then when i went online to try it to my profile it said it was already redeemed

Having problems with getting Xbox LIVE free for 1 month

I did what you said but it didnt work still same error. I wonder if anyone else got 1 month trial from xbox live rewards.

14 day trial didnt work

This is happening to me too. I bought the Sunset Overdrive bundle and the 14 trial code went fine but i can't play online.

I have activated my xbox live gold 14 days trial but i didnt got gold. so i cant play online. Where is the problem ??

Please give the following steps a try:

First, remove your profile from your Xbox One console.
Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
Once your console is off, unplug the power cord.
Wait 5 minutes and plug in your console.
Power on your console and add your profile to your Xbox One console.
Try playing a multiplayer game to see if the issue continues.
