    Xbox live transfer to gamepass ultimate


    I read the offer of converting up to 36 months to gamepass ultimate for $1. I had 10 months left so I purchased two 1 year subscriptions. The system would only let me use one of the subscriptions and capped at 2 years. Why can't I extend it up to 3 years?
    I activated the gamepass transfer but still have the one year pass that I can't use. I found the 36 month description misleading and I never would have bought the extra if I had known

    My entire 1 year Xbox Live Gold subscription got cancelled after cancelling 1 month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

    Xbox ultimate includes gold and gamepass, your one year of live got converted into game pass ultimate time, but you would still have had live and gamepass, after you bought gamepass ultimate, it imediately transfers everything to gamepass ultimate, but
    since you canceled it, the converted time is also canceled, you should contact support.

    In Gamepass and Gamepass Ultimate is XBOX Live Gold included. If you want Gamepass or Gamepass Ultimate, you must buy this subscription too.

    Hello NikMcNik,

    GamePass Ultimate is the bundle itself of Gamepass and Live Gold, but it won't list that you have gold in your Xbox, if that is your question.

    So it makes sense that your Live Gold is deactivated, cause you right now have enabled Gamepass Ultimate.

    So :

    Gamepass Ultimate ( Is like a bundle of Gamepass and Live Gold)

    Xbox Live Gold

    Gamepass

    Will be shown as different subscriptions, cause these are technically different subscriptions, albeit Ultimate giving you both advantadges.
