xbox live touble need help

ok so im having touble with my xbox live you see i have debit card on my account i try to remove it from my xbox 360 becasue it does not have any money on it. I try to go on the site i am keep on getting this avater guy saying we found a glitch in the system
so i brought a xbox gift card the one you buy games movies tv show. I want to know could i buy xbox live gold with it i try to buy it on my xbox 360 it wont let me. So i went on the site to try buy but it loading slow maybe becasue im using my xbox internet.
What can i do by removing the payment and to get gold with my microsoft balance.

bo3 achievement wont unlock

I am having touble unlocking a campaign achievement for bo3 I completed it on November 5th

 

You can not buy gold time with your account balance.

You either need to buy a gold membership pre paid card or add a new debit card to your account.

 

ok i guess i got to save the money in balance im mad becasue i thought you could by gold with it. I try to buy left 4 dead on xbox store on the site im still getting the guy saying we found a glitch in the system. i guess im going to play some skyrim.

 

Many people are caught out buying the wrong cards, its something they really need to change.

If the marketplace glitch does not fix itself within a few hours you probably need to call support and get them to check your account as you may have a billing issue.

Be sure your auto renew is turned off if your debit card is invalid.
