    Xbox Live Token


    A Xbox Employee told me to post here about my problem as he could not help me any further.

    I recently moved to the States from Europe and I don't think I will have time to play anymore.

    As of now, I have 5 months remaining of my prepaid subscription.

    I also recently changed regions because of this move, and the employee was not able to turn in my time into codes.

    I would like 1 3 month code and 2 1 month codes if that was possible.

    So the deal was only good until today. You had to have signed on to xbox live before today and they'll be giving out the tokens for the next 2 days

    nobody on the forum can help with that you will have to contact support and there is nothing that can be done about transferring remaining live into codes the only time they can do that is if you say put the code on the wrong account and cancel before 30
    days you then get a voucher to put it on a different account. what you are asking is not possible you will just have to use the remaining live as much as you can sorry.

    The one I bought was advertised to have a “DLC token”.

    So I got the code for the xbox live subscription, but NOT the “dlc token”.

    It was noted that the codes for the “dlc” would be sent out Oct 3rd.

    I am not sure if anything can be done. It is best to contact Customer Support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They may be able to help you, not sure if they will replace it, but it is a worth a try.
