Xbox Live - To play this you will need to buy it

Hello, I am currently subscribed to Xbox Live Gold and have been playing my downloaded games for weeks. Today I went to access one of these same games and received the following error; "To play this, you will need to buy it - Either your purchase was refunded
or your preorder was cancelled. If you didn't cancel it, make sure that your payment info is current in settings > Account > Payment & Billing. (0x803f8007)". This happens on every downloaded game I have. My Live subscription is still valid till 30.01.20.
Does anybody know what may have caused this please?

LEGO City Undercover was on Gamepass I believe, but it had just been removed from the service. Not sure about Mortal Combat though.

Sorry to hear it. Which game is this please? Also, please try deleting your gamertag from the console then redownload it to see if that helps

If you're on a PC then make sure the PC, game and app have no pending updates

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thank you, i'm beginning to suspect this is the issue with other games too. Very poor that they do this, all my kids were playing it and had gotten quite a way through the game. They were so gutted 🙄 I wont be paying for Live ever again, pathetic leaving
customers in that situation.
