    Xbox Live Test positive - Log in Account negative


    Hey all together,

    first of all, sorry for bad english skills.

    I’m trying to play Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 online. I connected my Xbox 360 via lan to the Internet and the Xbox Live Connection Test is all positive.



    Network: Connected

    Internet: Connected

    Xbox Live: Connected

    Live-Status is all active.



    So it should be all ok, however it is not.



    When I want to log in my profile now, first “disconnected from Xbox-Live” occurs, then I get an error message “Your Xbox can’t connect to xbox live […] “.

    Error code 8015190A



    I do not understand whats going wrong. I already tried to solve the problem with the error code support, without success.



    Can anybody help me, how to fix that…..

    I do not understand why the test is positive, but can’t connect to my profile.

    New Dashboard issues (preview member)

    both triggers +y to refresh your dash. Log out of your account sign in to another account the hard reboot. Once u reboot log into your regular account. This should force the Xbox to refresh the Xbox live data that has become stale. If it does not report the bug to the Xbox team.

    Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

    Just logged out of my live and retried Netflix says I need to log into Xbox live ? Do you all have home option selected on one Xbox or something

    I have a password logging on my live account but that should not matter

    And yes Netflix asks to sign into live when I try to use it. I have tried to remove Netflix signed out of live and tried to reinstall it but again asks to sing into live

    I am getting the exact same issue! Everything claims to be up and running until I try and do something then it claims I am not connected. I was actually going to purchase a gold subscription for the first time today, but it seems like it doesn't want my
    money!

  5. So I jut spent 37 minutes on the phone with support, and they said there is some issue on their side that just came up and they are trying to figure it out.

    strange to say, I have no problems with the second Xbox 360 in the same room, same network, same game....

    Hi all!

    Sorry to hear about the connection issues you're all experiencing. Could you all try

    clearing your cache
    three times in succession, then turning your console off and back on and try again? Would you all also mind

    re-downloading your profile
    ? To clarify, do not remove your profile, but rather follow the steps 1 - 3 to re-download your profile.

    Let us know if this works!

    It can't have anything to do with the cache to be honest... I just got an Xbox 360 on loan and it was just recently formatted. Hence, the cache should be practically empty

    I googled a little bit for the Error code.

    Internet suggestion: Log in in your live account via xboxlive.com with a laptop, smarthphone or something like that.

    Then it should work fine.

    I could not believe that but see there. It is working. I can log in in my xbox live profile on my 360. Absurd, but ok Xbox Live Test positive - Log in Account negative :)

    But now I can’t redeem my voucher I bought via Amazon. I get an error, statuscode: 80181100.

    I can’t also activate the voucher on the XboxLive Website, also get an error.

  14. I did all the of the following and got it working again:

    1. Resetting the cache as described above

    2. Signing in to Xbox Live on my PC

    3. When I attempted to re-download by profile, it would fail repeatedly with the same error. Finally I restarted my console and tried again, and now it works.

    This morning i tried again to redeem my voucher on the xbox live website. Successfully!!!! jeaah Xbox Live Test positive - Log in Account negative :)

    I wasn’t able to login in my account again.

    After logging in on the Website it is now possible again and I can play online now.

    @Microsoft. Why do I always have to log in in my Account via a Computer to play with my Xbox. That is no sence
