Xbox Live Tenurship Dropped By Two Years

Hey all! I have a bit of an issue, allow me to start from the beginning.

So me and my brother have owned our xbox 360s since 2007. It wasn't up until 2011 that we decided to get xbox live. We bought live on the exact same day, January 15, 2011. After about a year of purchasing one month xbox live each, we decided to use the xbox
live family pack deal. This deal is no longer available, but basically, you could have 4 accounts with 1 year of XBL each, for $100. So it was bought on my brothers account, and it was distributed to me. So he had 2 years, and I had 2 years, just for $100.
What a deal, right? They key point here is that it was bought on his account, so no purchase history is on mine. When they cancelled the xbox live family pack program, we went back to purchasing a year of XBL each.

Xbox live worked exactly as it did before. No issues at all. My tenure went up every January, as did his. I was at 5 years, turning 6 this upcoming January. It showed 5 years on xbox 360, xbox one, and xbox.com. Two weeks ago, it dropped to 3 years of tenurship
for me. First I was very confused, and a bit sad. We held our tenurship with pride. We know it's not as cool as 10+ years, but it still meant a lot to us. I contacted xbox support, but they don't really see the problem. It just all of a sudden discounted all
the years I was in the gold family pack. It doesn't make sense to me, as the tenure always went up. I'm able to provide purchase transcripts for the family pack if need be.

I have mad respect for xbox support. Even though the people I spoke to couldn't really help me, I tip my hat to the respect they showed me, even though I was a little frustrated at the situation. I'd love to resolve this issue and get my appropriate tenurship
back, so any help I can get would be much appreciated.

How to cancel too many prepaid Xbox Live membership?

take two weeks trying to play, I find rivals (games), I'm desperate xbox took seven years since I dropped all the reputation and called the support I have had four chats xbox and do not give me solution
