    Tenure was reset on my account

    I went from a 4 year tenure to a 1 year tenure. I didn't put live on my account for a little bit and when I came back it was reset to 1.

    Tenure went down to 6 from 7

    They're working on fixing the issue, you shouldn't worry because the question isn't if it'll be fixed, it's when it'll be fixed.

    1. What do you mean when you say that your tenure isn't going up?
    2. Do you mean that you believe your tenure should have increased by now but it hasn't yet?


    Keep in mind that the way tenure is calculated has been changed:

    Tenure only increases once an entire year of Xbox Live Gold time has elapsed. For example: If I started an account today on 7/14/13, on 7/13/14 my tenure would be 0. On 7/14/14 my tenure would be 1.

    i understand what tenure is and ive done all the stuff listed. i started with xbox live on day 1 and never went silver. sincethe 10 went to 7 with out me doing anything just put it back to 10.

    Yeah don't worry, they're trying to fix it. Still don't know how its happened, but all i'm concerned about is what you want as well for them just to fix it. Hopefully soon
