Xbox Live tenure on Xbox One gone?

My gold ran out right after Halo 5 came out. I used the gold trial that came with the game and resubbed last week. I noticed my tenure on Xbox One has completely vanished, my profile shows no years of active membership. The strangest part is when I boot
up my 360 and look at my Gamercard it shows up there like normal displaying a 7.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. If anyone can shed any light on why this is happening that would be great. I do recall people saying your tenure reset if you let your membership lapse for a while (the couple of week period) but not sure
if this is/was true.

Tenure icon missing on xbox one

I have 10 years xbox live gold and the tenure shows up fine on the 360.

But its missing on the xbox one.

Have tenure icons been removed from xbox one?

It will come back in a month or so, if you didn't renew for about a week it's likely you're tenure will disappear. If you did not renew for a long period of time your tenure will restart

Yeah it will come back, so I wouldn't worry The tenure can be a bit buggy sometimes, and disapear, but if its showing correctly on your 360, then you ahve nothing to worry about that means the Live still recognises it, but its just bugged out on your
profile. It will come back eventually though

My xbox live tenure as gone it should show 7 it now shows nothing.

Headsets issues can only hear people through the tv need to reboot xbox one multipe times to resolve issues.

Well it needs an active subscription of Xbox Live Gold (Includes games pass and ultimate) to have the tenure badge. Bump for similar issue.

My tenure should have gone from 10 to 11 around January 5th. I assume when the tenure messed up the anniversary date was also compromised?
