XBox Live Tenure Not appearing

Hi, I have been a member of xbox Live Gold since the beta on the original Xbox and my tenure figure should be 14 years. However when I check the 'MyStats' section it shows nothing for my years of Xbox Live Gold figure. Can you please update this to the correct
figure please?

XBL tenure badge not showing

My Xbox Live Gold tenure badge recently stopped appearing everywhere except the Xbox 360. I already have 9 years as a Gold member and I'm already subscribed to Gold. Please fix. Gamertag:

Xbox Tenure not appearing

I received my Xbox One two days ago and registered my Xbox Live Gold 12-month Gold subscription but my Xbox Tenure (the number of active Xbox live subscription years next to your GamerTag) isn't showing up on either my Xbox One, or my Xbox.com profile. Everything
else such as Achievements and pins are all there. I tried recovering my account but it did nothing.

Since your Xbox Live tenure pre-dates our modern tracking methods, unfortunately this graphical error will continue to persist. However, we have received confirmation that this is purely a visual bug, and your MyChallenges and other other Gold related offers
will complete as expected. While our other team will investigate a means of loading your starting year, at the current time this graphical bug will persist. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Quick question, does your Xbox Live GOLD time add up to the amount that your tenure should be, in this case 4? Because if it doesn't then your tenure is not 4 years. You can't count from the date you started your account. Your Tenure is based upon your time
as a gold member. It is possible to have had your Xbox Live Account for 2 years but only have 1 year of Xbox Live Gold on it which would make a 1 appear near your name once it had been a year.

There used to be a rule that allowed you to lapse up to 14 days and your tenure wasn't effected but it would appear that rule is no longer in effect. There's a FAQ that MajorNelson posted
here about Xbox Live Gold Tenure.

The FAQ was posted back in 2009 but here's the one question that is relevant to your problem:

Q. The article online says that if I had a 14 day break in my Gold account status, my tenure would reset! Is that true?

A. There is no “14 day gap in service” rule anymore. This was the original way tenure was calculated but we changed it. The KB article will be updated soon.
