Xbox live Tenure missing

Hello my Xbox tenure is completely missing from my profile, it should be either 6 or 7but it's not even showing anything and it's a bit upsetting since I've been on Xbox live since 2008

Tenure icon missing on xbox one

I have 10 years xbox live gold and the tenure shows up fine on the 360.

But its missing on the xbox one.

Have tenure icons been removed from xbox one?

My Xbox Live account tenure is missing...

I bought a Xbox One last week and recovered my Xbox Live account and my years of tenure is missing on my live profile. I've been an xbox live member mid 2000's and have been a xbox live gold member for several years but it is now showing zero tenure on my
profile. Any idea what's going on? Thanks.

Your best bet is to contact support, mate. They can look into the matter at hand.

Tenure is one useless number. Just ignore it. You cannot eat or use it any other way!

Also it looks like you are not only one who have that problem. So be patient and I guess Microsoft will soon look into that and will fix that problem, once they have fixed more useful / important things / bugs. Trust me you wont missing anything until they
fix it.

I had the same issue, when I purchased the xbox one and loaded my profile the tenure was missing. I contacted support a few times but there only suggestion was to delete the profile and re download it which did not help. I had given up trying to get it resolved.
Today I signed in and it is again showing the correct tenure, I'm assuming there was some kind of patch or update that resolved the issue because it was not showing two days ago.

I am also having this problem, my Xbox live Tenure is completely missing from the Xbox One profile screen, this might not mean much to some people but there are those of us who have been on Xbox live for a long time now and it was nice to have that recognition
after paying money.

Don't contact support, they told me to take it to the "ambassadors" on the forums. I have the same issue. My Xbox 360 shows Tenure: 10 years but Xbox One shows nothing and support says I have been on live 0 years yet they see transactions dating back to
2003.

I am having the same issue. Xbox One tenure disappeared since I last checked. But Xbox 360 shows it correctly.

Microsoft Support confirmed that my tenure is still valid and correct on my account. It just not displaying on Xbox One correctly, for some unknown reason & their engineers are aware of the issue.

Hey there bud!

There has recently been a new update in regards to tenure, tenure is now based on the time accumulated on Xbox LIVE Gold. Here is a quote from an official thread regarding this update (of which I will link you to, in this post)

"Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox LIVE Gold time a user has. While you do not lose tenure when you go Silver, Xbox LIVE Silver time does not accrue tenure. You will see your tenure increase only when the year of Xbox LIVE Gold time
has finished."

However, there is a issue with tenure that is currently being solved, whereby some user's tenure will be put down. A lot of user's tenure has been fixed so where the problem stands at this moment, I am unaware of. You can view the updates on this

Tenure Issue thread posted by MIss Kleo. Official support, such as Miss Kleo, may come and post in your thread telling you whether your tenure is correct or not.

Xbox Live Gold Tenure goes by concurrent Gold Membership, If you missed some Gold for a while it will do that.

A while back there were some issues and the posts gives some steps that might fix your tenure. There is also some info about a miscalculation of tenure. I'll cut and paste that info here below.

For some of you newer Xbox LIVE Gold users that are seeing a bump from say 2 years to 1 or 4 years to 3, you are now seeing the correct tenure. I know that some of you might be frustrated that you thought you'd accrued more tenure than you have but previously
your Xbox LIVE Silver time was not being accurately seen by the system. This was fixed as part of the bigger tenure issue, plus we know that tenure is important to you and that's why we want to make sure it's right!

Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox LIVE Gold time a user has. While you do not lose tenure when you go Silver, Xbox LIVE Silver time does not accrue tenure. You will see your tenure increase only when the year of Xbox LIVE Gold time has
finished.

However, there is an issue (of which is on-going) that is being looked in to currently. If you view Miss Kleo's Updates on the
