Xbox Live tenure displaying incorrect date?

I've been an Xbox Live Gold member since Live launched in November 2002. Yet my tenure initially read (14) but now it's displaying (12). Not sure how many others are experiencing issues with their tenure displaying the incorrect date, but figured I'd address
the issue.

my tenure went back to 1 year

Xbox Live Engineers are aware of issues with incorrect tenure displaying, and are trying hard to fix the problem, many other users are also experiencing these problems and if none of the solutions in this link:

Tenure not displaying correctly

Hey Onthefly350yard! I do in fact see that you should be showing 10 years of tenure, which is great! Do you think you could tell us when you first noticed this incorrect tenure displaying? Have you tried all the steps suggested in the thread medium block
linked? Let us know!

Hey Johnny Totens! To clarify, is your age showing as younger then you are in real life or is the tenure displayed for how long you've been an Xbox Live member incorrect? Post back and let us know!

After looking through the forums I came across this thread from an Official Support Personel. As of right now there is an issue causeing incorrect tenure being displayed on customers accounts. Please read this thread for more information on this issue.

Are you sure that using those cards pausing the tenure tally? Where did you find your join date?
