Xbox Live Tenure Disappearance

Hi, I recently noticed that my Xbox Live tenure had disappeared from my xbox one console. It used to display up until maybe a recent update and I can't seem to figure out how it's disappeared. I can see my friends tenures, but not my own. My Tenure appears
on my 360 as 6 years but doesnt on my Xbox One. I've read through forums to try fix this or get an answer as to why it's happened but haven't found any luck. I've even tried the Deleting profile, system cache and disconnecting the power and other plugs connected
to the console, re-downloading the Profile. Infact I've done it twice but the tenure still does not show. I know I'm not the only one to have this happened to them and I would just like to know if this can be fixed or resolved with some help from staff/ambassadors?
Would be much helpful for any reply and feel free to comment if you're experiencing the same issues as I.

Tenure Reset

Hello,

Please clear your cache,
delete and re-download your profile, test your connection to XBOX Live.

These were the 3 steps given above to try and automatically solve the tenure disappearance problem. If they don't work contact XBOX Support via phone.

From what I have seen it seems to just be a glitch with the Xbox One. It may have something to do with the new update. I wouldn't worry about it you should be fine!

Yeah I thought as much, especially as I signed up for the Preview updates thing when it came about and it seems to kind of mess up peoples xbox's from what I've heard lol. It's not really that big of deal just couldn't figure out why it wouldn't show at
first. Hopefully be fixed in a new update or something. Thanks for the reply!

My tenure has also disappeared from the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.

I am having the same issue. 10+ years of Xbox Live Gold subscription without a lapse. My '10' tenure icon has disappeared from my profile.

Tenure has been wonky as heck as of late. Mine disappeared completely a month ago and still has not refreshed. Twitter support told me tenure counter is updated once a month (it is probably even longer than this considering my tenure still hasn't reappeared
a month later). My guess is that when the counter updates itself, it will appear at 10. Hopefully my tenure will return at that time. I've had 2 accounts and tenure disappeared on both. I've noticed a few friends whose tenures have also disappeared. I wish
the tenure system was better.

I recently upgraded my xbox live gold and now my tenure as disappeared, Is this normal after renewing xbox live gold ?

That happens to me from time to time but it always comes back after a few days. I wouldn't worry.
