    Xbox Live Tenure Badge not displaying on profile.


    For the past while, my tenure badge hasn’t been displaying on my profile, on Xbox App or on Console. But it will display on the 360.

    I’m in the Alpha Skip Ahead Ring, have the XBA Badge, and recently upgraded my gold subscription to GPU, with the E3 deal.

    I’ve reported this on the Xbox Insider Hub, and so far, nothing has come of it yet.

    December would have been my 10th year, and I would really like that reflected on my profile Xbox Live Tenure Badge not displaying on profile. :(

    It sounds like you are referring to Xbox Live Tenure badges on peoples profiles.

    These are displayed on peoples profiles, when they have Xbox Live Gold. The number in the middle indicates how long they have been on the program.

    XBL badge not showing

    If you are referring to the tenure badge on your gamercard/profile, that is not an Xbox Live Rewards issue and they will be unable to assist you. They can only assist with the Xbox Live Reward Program located here: rewards.xbox.com

    You will want to post in Xbox Live Support to see if you can get assistance there.

    @Synth - Are you talking about the green circle with the number on it on your Console for your Xbox Live Tenure? Or a Forum badge of some type?
