Xbox live temporal suspension

The length of a suspension is mainly based on the severity of the offence,not whether it is your first,second etc. offence.

The usual suspension lengths are 24 hours,1 week & 2 weeks then permanent.

There is no concrete number of how many suspensions you can have before you are permanently banned.

Best advice is to read & learn the code of conduct so you know what not to do on xbox live so you don't get suspended.

the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

I really recommend to always follow the Xbox Live policy. Because if you break the rules you can get ban (temporal or permanent)

Then I would temporally move the xbox to where the router is and hook it up with a short cable and tv , just to see if you can get it back up ....then move it back ...surely that is "possible" ....or take to a friends house and test it there...or temporally
move the router in the same room as the xbox maybe? what kind of isp you got?
