Xbox Live telling me I have gold but multiplayer game's telling me otherwise?

Hello. I encountered an odd problem that I have never had before which appears not fixable unless I buy a new subscription when my gold hasn't expired yet. Now I don't know if it's just EA (yet to see) videos games or Xbox not letting people play online
when their gold is near expiring, il explain. I was playing an online match of UFC2 when I dashed boarded & quit mid game to join my friends party. So I do so & then load up Rainbox Six Siege. Once I get to the main menu, it directs me to an Xbox live subscription
page where it's basically telling me I can't play online unless I have gold when I was just playing online 2 minutes ago. I quit the game, restart my xbox entirely & nothing. I try putting in Battlefield Hardline & going online where it tells me the same thing.
So then I tried entering a trail password and it tells me I already have Xbox live gold, give this trail to someone who doesn't. If I have Xbox live gold, why isnt it giving me multiplayer privileges. Someone help ?

Xbox One Saying I don't have gold membership.

My gold membership don't work. When I use the 14 day xbox gold it says I already have gold membership, so I'm confused it won't let me play bf4 or FIFA 14 multiplayer a on xbox one. I usually buy 1 month gold just don't know why it's happening to me. Keeps
telling me I got gold but won't let me go on multiplayer a it keeps saying I need gold even when it's telling me I got gold I'm confused?????

my microsoft account says my gold is active until february, however my console wont allow me to play games that require gold, and is trying to make me purchase more.

 

You show gold here , try and sign out of your profile , then right back in....

 

Hello! You have to renew your subscription to Xbox live gold by trials or hit the renew button on your console. This should bring up your payment info on this matter and should sort it out.

 

OP you are showing silver here not gold.

 

I'm having this same problem. My Microsoft account confirms that Xbox live expires on October 2016 but games won't let me get online. Interestingly enough, I can get September's free games without issue (gold subscription is active).

How can you be certain this is not a software issue? This is happening to several accounts across the globe like myself and I have checked all of my payments are up to date.
