Xbox Live taking double payments

Ive reached out to support several times. Supposedly they are looking into it. No one has provided update for over 4 days. This has been going on since the 10th

In regards to the charges on your account, we here on the Xbox Forums do not have the necessary tools to identify what you could be getting charged additionally for.

It is possible that your payment instrument might be attached to another account, which would indicate where the charges are coming from, if you are unable to see these charges in your Order history, as suggested by XBF

My best recommendation would be have to be to reach out to the agent that assisted you with your case when you called in via email, or Contact Xbox Customer Support once more for further assistance.

I would double check your xbox live payment.

I can't find it. But it's very strange that if YOU (XBOX/Microsoft) make a mistake by writing of money twice, I have to fix it.
