Xbox live taking away freedom of speech

Un-**** ban my account. Sorry I swear a lot and have bad manners, but when little kids play a very mature game and act immature and kill teammates and defeat the entire purpose of the game, it **** ruins it, so yea I'm going to flip out and call the kid
a bitch and loser. This isn't **** Russia or North Korea where freedom of speech isn't alowed. Do not ever **** ban my account so I can't talk to my friends and enjoy my free time (unless **** ignorant little kids ruin it) because I swore at them. If they
can't handle being sworn at then they should have a censor set up on their account, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. Who the **** do you guys think you are? Yea we live in 2017 now where everyone is a **** cry baby, doesn't mean you should coddle them and turn us into an
even more of a **** country. This obviously isn't the first time I have been banned for swearing, but it had better be the last, because I will sell my Xbox and never buy another **** Microsoft piece of **** again.

Also, RSS is being ruined by who ever is making these updates. Can't play a single match without someone leaving and then 10 different kids joining and leaving. Also can't play a match now unless someone is lagging across the **** map, not sure what that
is about but this game used to be alright, now it kinda **** blows. Pretty close to going back to Sony.

freedom of speech

Sorry but that is not what "freedom of speech" is. I am a huge advocate of Freedom of Speech but I also understand Freedom of Speech does not extent over the Rights of Private Ownership. Xbox LIVE is not Public Land or Public Space.

When you signed up, you agreed to the code of conduct. If you violate those rules then Microsoft can suspend/ban you. Freedom of speech does not apply to this situation.

Freedom of speech must have changed in the usa. Hmm guess i need to report u guys. For trying to take that away

if we didn't have freedom of speech Wed only be able to say what Microsoft has ordered us to say. It would be like only able to read off strictly from a book and not be able to say stuff in your own words. If we didn't have freedom of speech I would have
been banned from Xbox. But am I? No! And I've had Xbox for 7 years. The code of conduct outlines how we should behave. Not take away our freedom of speech and our rights.
