I had paid £49.99 for a year of Xbox live and 2months later paid £1 for xbox game pass, and when i canceld it i found i wasn't able to play Elder Scrolls Online because i didnt have Xbox live and then i found my xbox live was 'converted' too xbox game pass
i either want my money back or my year of live back

SUPPORT WONT ANSWER/HELP

It also doesn't explain the difference between the 2 game passes and that it takes all of your money

the xbox gamepass because it is nowhere to be seen when i opened it up

At the bottom of the
Xbox Game Pass page, there is mention of a few things, particularity applying to those whom upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for the promo price: "Purchase of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate automatically upgrades your existing Xbox Live Gold or Xbox
Game Pass membership(s) to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at a conversion ratio each based on days remaining. All conversions to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate are final: Once converted, you cannot re-convert your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership
back to a previous membership."

For further insight on this, I would encourage you to attempt to use the link provided by Xbox Forums Ambassador Shandykidinkent to Contact
Xbox Customer Support.

I hope this was able to clear up any confusion this might have caused.

Yea, tryed that before coming here it kept saying connecting for 10 mins and no-one els was in the queue

Unfortunately there is fine print that you missed about the Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

Purchase of Ultimate plan automatically upgrades your existing Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass membership(s) to Ultimate at a conversion ratio each based on days remaining. Learn how this works at

www.xbox.com/gamepass. Future code redemptions are also subject to a conversion ratio. Conversion ratio subject to change. All conversions to Ultimate are final: Once converted, you cannot re-convert your Ultimate membership back to a previous membership.
Maximum 36 months of redeemed Ultimate per account at a time, including any converted time from Xbox Live Gold and/or Xbox Game Pass (for PC or console).

Since you used the service and then canceled it you would need to buy a standard Gold membership again. I don't think a refund will be an option, but waiting for support may be your only way to find out.
