Xbox Live Switch countrys - disadvantages?

thank you for your reply. I`ve read the Page and I have no problems with what doesnt transfere (Account credit, Music etc.)

The only thing I´m worried about are Xbox 360 Games I´ve bought and/or DLC´s (Call of Duty Map Packs and Season passes)

Would you happen to know If I can somehow check what wouldn´t be avalible?

The only way would be through a lot of searching. Either just googling if a certain game is region locked or checking the Xbox store. If it's not available in the German store, it is possible it is region locked. So once you change to the Polish store,
even if it's available there, once the system sees you're not actually in Poland, it'll block the download. It's not really recommended to have an account region set outside of your actual region.

Hello! you should set your console to the region you're currently living in. When you change region you may lose some games or dlcs that may not be available in the other country.

The other thing to keep in mind is what you're wanting to download. If content is region locked, you will not be able to download it if your account region and your physical location do not match.

Thank You so much, that explains a lot. The Idea came from the situation where I wasn`t able to redeem a Gears of War 2 Code I got with GOW4. I just switched my Xbox One from Germany to Poland and it worked. Seems to be working only for Xbox One stuff, because
the Call of Duty 5 World at War Mappack I wanted to buy is still locked. I guess I will just use my second Account and let my family in Poland buy stuff for me so it won´t be locked.
