ENFORCEMENT TEAM NOTICE OF SUSPENSION.

On 13/01/2017 I received a Communications suspension till 27/01/2017.

Then on 16/01/2017 I recieved Harassment, Abuse And Threats suspension till 30/01/2017

Which on both occasions I Appealed but although I was unsuccessful in my appeals that I explained within detail and gave explanations to why I thought the suspensions should be lifted I was not given the reason why you uphelp the decisions. I'm also a little
bewildered why I got a second suspension on the 16th when I was suspended from the 13th which meant I could not have made any communication to anyone through xbox live either by means of party or game chat and the fact remains I was not online during the second
ban, am I missing the point here is there a sub conciance that played online whilst I was sleeping with my wife or did the xbox phantom magically took over my account at that time cause believe it or not I was offline check my log in details and on the first
suspension did I or did I not inform with the Gamertag of Whom I stated that intentionally had my account suspended that he followed up with messages to me via xbox live ENJOY YOUR BAN❤ & but still you upheld these bans.
Now I'm no Lawyer but isn't that Pre-Meditaded by means it could be that I was being Trolled which in truth is a violation of xbox live Terms & Conditions. So while I'm going into my second week ban i thought I'd take up my time to share with you my feeling
relating to my account. And to also point out that some of the previous bans were premeditated through old associated gamers who became upset and bunched together to also inflict more anguish and had my accpunt suspended through them filing a report against
me. Ok im no angel yes I sometimes swear online through frustration but who doesn't I ask you and from under age children playing 18 related content whilst I'm playing how can you justify swearing online when they too young and breaking the law playing these
under age titles and I point out that most of the games I play contain explict verbal and graffic content but yet you still impose these bans on people, which statury planted is XBLET operating from cause that makes no sense I'm sorry to imply but it's got
to be said. So when I get provoked it's ok just to say' yea they just children playing a 18 related title that's fine well I know one thing it's like letting your children watch pornography which or course is illegal and as a Server Xbox and Microsoft has
a duty to keep children under the age of certain titles off these games online so actually your breaking the law here. I want to know is that can you resilient my suspensions with immediate effect as ive pointed out here there's room for XBLET to improve.

It doesn't matter if you were goaded

If you retailiate in a way that violates the terms of use and get reported they will punish you

And no the other person doesn't know if you get banned or not

He can however reply to you.after he reported you

Remember keep.yoir Online interactions clean and rated e for everyone

You obviously did something that was against the term's of use for him to say that

Xbl pet will never send you a msg like that not after "the pro "incident even though it was a edited video they do not comment or reveal pending enforcement actions

And yes punishments can follow one of another if there is multiple violations

Your best bet use common sense and block ignore and report

 

My son was banned in December and has not been on his account since then. But in the mean time he has been banned 2 more times. How can you be banned when you have not been online? We all need to report this to the better business bureau and possibly a class
action suit against XBOX Live and Microsoft. They are stealing money from parents and more specifically children. How low can you go. And as for getting trolled, it was probably an employee of Microsoft that trolled you into your ban.

After the recent Suspensions from the XBLET I'm sorry to say that when New Games are released I will most Definitely won't be buying direct from you same goes for Xbox Live when it's due to renew it think id be more reluctant in purchasing 12 months + direct
from xbox live and will therfore seek other arrangements for reactivation. I am very upset on how much I've spent on Xbox's, Games, Memberships and other contents as well has a recent new hard drive, controllers, and turtle beaches which in total probably
exceeds £2000 Why did I spend this much it's probably because I'm a disabled person and share desire to connect with others through the Internet as I don't get out much. So thank you for the discrimination Microsoft hope you sleep well !

The age rating on a game has nothing to do with being able to play a game,it's only illegal for an under 18 to buy the game,not play it,that is entirely down to the parents.

It also has nothing to do with xbox live,your behaviour online must be rated "E" for everyone.

Any report filed against you needs to be thoroughly investigated which takes time so if you receive a 2nd suspension while serving a suspension it would be for something that happened several weeks ago or longer.

The enforcement team do not use the forums,the only way to contact them is via a case review which you have already done.

Badger correct me if im wrong but isn't your Gamer pic modded which in definition not acceptable via Xbox live T&C's sorry to be an Hole here just thought I'd mention it as your an apparent ambassador for xbox live. Ok getting to the matter
in hand I was given a website address of ENFORCEMENT.XBOX.COM by three different sources including Xbox live staff and when I click on the Web address this was the forums to discuss. Fair enough I'm up all for suspensions if people are dissing the rules ok
i get it including my first one but whilst I don't some R&R I came up with this conclusion XBLET are happy banning just so some enthusiastic gamers will open new accounts, buy subscriptions, games etc and thus ensuring Microsoft improves thier profitability
in the long run so find me a XBLET that does not get a % bonus to implement these bans on a world wide audience. As for age restrictions it applies in UK Law that no under the age of 18 shall purchase these titles if parents are dumbing enough to buy these
for thier kids then it's just total bullocks . I'm just fed up being a pawn here yes I got issues I'm disabled with physical and mental health issues and things like this really grits my **** cause it's unfair, rude, unethical and just another way to gain

Except that bans takes weeks not necessarily the same week ofof

You don't have to be on when the ban occured as it would've been weeks ago and been investigated

You would have to be on when the offence occured

If you had paid attention to your own thread you would know this if you read the actual faq of Xbox forums you would know better plus maybe follow the rules

Class action suits have been tossed out due to the fact most people don't actually read the terms andgo based on myths not facts

You need facts not myths to file a suit any judge will tell you that

 

Yif you curse during a fight even though you didn't start it guess what you violates the terms of use hence why he knows that a you are going to get a communication suspension

maybe try and read the terms of use it actually clearly states keep it e for everyone

I am from the U.K. & well aware of our laws.It is illegal for an under 18 to buy an 18 rated game,not to play it.That law applies to many countries.

 

I'm not get at you butt, didn't know that you could screen shot via the xbox console to have as a gamer pic, as for the 18 rated games children under shouldn't be allowed to okay them Full Stop ! Ok maybe the 18 rated games could be 16+ but with graphic
warnings like more of an upgraded version we have cause me myself like you and others have played with and against some 16 - 18 year olds and most of them are fine, meaning they are of adult minded and mature enough to be sensible. I know the age related

My discussion was on i got a suspension 3 mins after someone message me through xbox live saying Enjoy the ban now in my eyes that's pretty off colour even by ANY rules Agree ? So I shouldn't have been banned, then to top it off with a cherry in which I
find degrading is i get another ban for a different thing when it's all under the same category COMMUNICATION but this happened three days later and I was offline. I'm sorry this is English I'm writing here, maybe my GRAMMER is out of tune but I think I get
the point across something really you find a bit hard to read.
