    Xbox live suspensions/harassment.


    my Xbox live account has been suspended repeatly for the past two months I have no had the chance to use my account during these suspensions, I have filed case reviews every time and all have been denied. I made loud and clear in my case that my account
    is targeted for harassment but they claim I'm doing the harassing. I know each and every single account attached to reporting my account and I know the reasons why each account has filed these reports. It's completely unfair that I'm being harassed and falsely
    reportedly and losing my account while the ones doing the harassing are getting away with it. I would like to speak to a someone and find out why this is happening to my account repestly and report the accounts who are harassing my account for laughs as they
    say why they report me. Before i end up losing my account permanently.

    TELL ME WHAT I DID TO DESERVE THIS!

    This is for Xbox, which my account is suspended for Communication and Harassment Abuse and Threats. Im fine with the Communication Suspension, But I did nothing to deserve the Harassment suspension. unless you can send the evidence for my harassment abuse

    Useless Enforcement System

    That is the only way to appeal your suspension. Retaliation is never the appropriate response to harassment on xbox live. It's always best to report the user and move on.

    If you believe your account is being harassed you need to file a complain by following these instructions Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    I would also recommend blocking the accounts so they can not communicate or get matched with you in games. Also in no way should you reply and any from with them. This will help support your case against those accounts.

    If someone harasses you on xbox live or violates the Code of Conduct you can report that person or block him from further harassment. Retaliating is object to suspensions.

    That being said the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

    If you are harassed online you can report the harassing part or block communications from further abuse. Retaliating is a breach of the code of conduct and object to communication suspensions.

    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
