Xbox Live Suspension

Hey guys,

I was playing online today on my account and received a message from Xbox Support.

Looked into it and received this.

My account is not unable to join parties or send messages and play online.

My account was played with my son and brother and has family linked to it.

After family questioning gamer score hacking was done, fair play ban for that but will I get my account back as there are a lot of downloads, high ranks online and so on over 6 years gaming.

Whatever the reason may be for your Enforcement action, it can only be dealt with on the Xbox Enforcement website you visited.

Submit a case review as your appeal or request for more information as to what happened. The forums cannot do much for you as the Enforcement team does not post here.

the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
