Xbox Live Suspension

hello everyone,

This is my first time ever posting...bare with me. Want to know how do I fight an suspension? I always get message from poor losers. Ranging from light to severe hate.."you black *****, "your mom"......"Im gonna *****" jus all kinds of crazy, hateful
messages. To make a long story short don't matter what I do they keep coming. So!! I talk **** back now. You can call me dumb, pettty, whatever...I feel if someone is coming at you crazy you have a right to come back with it. I jus got suspended for "foul
lanuage" when this person came at me first. Two questions. How long will I be suspended and how do I fight this? and did that person get the same action towards his acaccount? There is no way xbox can jus toss out suspensions without investigating cause if
they did I would not be in this situation.
