    Okay so a while ago I used to cuss people out in chat while completely unaware of the “code of conduct” or whatever so I would always get banned for it. After a while I stopped except for in parties because they can’t really do anything about that which
    I’m glad because I would probably be banned for years. So just recently I called someone a [mod removed] through chat and I got suspended however they also used profanity and said that I’m [mos removed] at the game. I reported them in which I knew for a fact
    they did not get suspended because they were still texting me in the chat saying “enjoy the ban” and what not so I just ignored it and moved on. Another instance went on where someone used profanity saying something like [mod removed] I spelled that wrong”
    and I reported them in which they as well were not banned. Now just today I have been suspended for calling someone gay(not profanity) and I’m starting to wonder if I am being banned from reports more due to my history of suspensions? Like why did I get banned
    for calling someone gay but people actually cussing are jolly free? This whole system is just kind of [mod removed] and should really be fixed. I would love an explanation.

    the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
