I'm going to make this short and sweet. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO SUSPEND ONE ACCOUNT AND SUSPEND CONSOLE SO THAT NO ONE ELSE WHO PLAYS ON THAT SAME XBOX CAN PLAY ONLINE GAMES. I understand I broke a rule in the code of conduct whatever whatever, but other
people play on this xbox too. Also, you never provided a reason for the console suspension. I've been suspended before and people could play no problem. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!?!

Sorry for the issue with suspension. Depending on the severity of what has happened enforcement determines what happens as far as suspensions. None of us here are able to do anything with suspension. You can go to
enforcement website and do a case review for the profile suspension. Also being you been suspended before could be why a console ban has happened.

Did your account get suspended? If so you need to go to the enforcement page https://enforcement.xbox.com to deal with it.

If your console got banned, well you or someone else that plays on it was caught doing something really, really bad and there's no way to overturn it. They don't issue console bans without clear evidence of the wrongdoing.

 

Overview

Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no
account can connect to the Xbox Live service from the affected device. Given the severity of this action we take each device ban extremely seriously, and only take action after a lengthy investigation.

Devices can be banned from Xbox Live for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:

• Xbox console tampering, such as physically opening an Xbox console and modifying it to play illegitimate or unauthorized software
• Online fraud, such as phishing, account theft, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or other players
• Repeated egregious violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement that establish a clear pattern of nefarious activity

Please note that banning an Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device does not disrupt the underlying functionality of the device, and it can continue to be used offline following the ban. For more information

If that was the case then they should’ve told me the reasoning for the console ban. It doesn’t - it just tells me what features are disabled and online gaming was not one. I was literally play online less than 12 hrs with the suspension active.

as stated by our Microsoft Service Agreement:Enforcement. If you violate these Terms, we may stop providing Services to you or we may close your Microsoft account. We may also block delivery of a communication
(like email, file sharing or instant message) to or from the Services in an effort to enforce these Terms or we may remove or refuse to publish Your Content for any reason. When investigating alleged violations of these Terms, Microsoft reserves the right
to review Your Content in order to resolve the issue. However, we cannot monitor the entire Services and make no attempt to do so.
