Xbox live suspension

So I was playing Fortnite earlier today and I killed someone (gamertag RowdyUncle70529) who messaged me to "****." He then began to spam me with invites to join his party. I got suspended for replying to him. Its kind of ridiculous
that this guy is an aggressor starting problems and I manage to get suspended for it. I don't know if your suspension team is bored or too stupid to actually investigate reports but either way this is very stupid. Im very excited for it to take longer than
24 hours (the length of my suspension) for anyone to even read this. Can't wait to see the action you don't take. I can guarantee this is the last time I support any Microsoft product. Congratulations on losing a customer to lazy, and inadequate enforcement.

I used to love reading the threads in that forum they were always good for a laugh.

 

It does not matter who starts a conversation if you send a reply that violates the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct and the message is reported then your account is subject to a suspension.

All that you are allowed to do is report the other player block the other player and mute the other player.

That way the enforcement team will look at there actions and determine if they violated the code of conduct and suspend them if there was a violation, blocking them will prevent you from being paired up against them in the future and muting them will prevent
any future communication from them.

The enforcement team does not monitor these forums nor do they monitor the community chat rooms and xbox support has nothing to do with enforcement actions the only thing they can do is tell you what priviliges where taken away and how long the suspension
is for which all that information can be found by signing into the acount at enforcement.xbox.com

IF the enforcement was longer then a short period of time like yours you would also have an oppurtunity to file for a case review and appeal your case to the enforcement team on their website where they would reinvestigate the report and determine if they
could lift the suspension sooner.
