    xbox live suspension


    My xbox live account XLIZARDMANX12 was suspended from xbox live about 2 weeks ago. When i try to sign in to xbox live it says you are suspended and won't be able to connect until 9/20/2014. Which is today's date!! Help me please.

    Suspensions are lifted at approximately the same time of the day that they were enforced. So if you were given the suspension at 11:30pm, you'd have to wait until 11:30pm tonight. So you'll just need to keep trying.

    Hello FlipWall03.

    I know it will be todays date the suspension is lifted. Refer to the E-mail you got from the Enforcement Team that was to notify you of your suspension. You shoulld roughly have the suspension lifted not just on that date, but the time that the suspension
    was put into place. So for example say I did something naughty and got banned at 10PM two weeks ago and it was set to unsuspend me on this date my suspension would be lifted today at 10PM. Just be a bit more patient. The suspension was for two weeks not 13
    days and several hours. It will be lifted be rest assured so you can get back to your gaming. You can take this from personal experience. Just check the E-Mail that notified you of the suspension and the timestamp you received it should give you the rough
    idea what time today it will be lifted making it the full 14 days.

    I got unfairly suspended. I was searching for a public free for all on Modern Warfare 2 and landed into a modded lobby which gave me 10th prestige with all unlocks. Is there any chance I can get the suspension lifted and be deranked to my previous rank on

    The forums work best when users create their own thread to they can get more personalized assistance.

    With regards to your question, all suspensions should be directed to the Enforcement team forum section:

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     or
    forums.xbox.com/.../4276.aspx     (depending on the console)

    Keep in mind it's a moderated forum so posts don't show up right away. And it's also very rare that a suspension gets overturned.
