Xbox live suspension

Today while playing squads on PUBG an incident occurred. Two team mates Hockey N Brews and MailBox Drama tried killing me and another team mate to steal our loot. Normally I don’t care and take care of these players my self. I killed them both once they
tried to do this. This is a form of cheating. They did not have microphones so I sent both of them a nasty message. Minutes later I get banned. I understand the rules of using said language, but there has to be some sort of fine line with this. I have been
a long time player and user of Xbox games and systems, never had I once had this issue. It is my god givin right to say and speak how I want when I feel nessasary to do so. What I don’t understand is how the so called “ Enforement Team” will over see cheating
to this degree, and ban someone like myself for telling these people off. If the ban is 24hrs or 3months point is you reprehend someone over words and not someone actually cheating in a game. In my opinion you people in this department need to be re-trained
or fired.

I used to love reading the threads in that forum they were always good for a laugh.

 

Yet another complaint about the "Enforcement Team" who act as judge, jury and executioners, and frequently get it wrong.

I sympathise with you entirely: particularly the sense of injustice.

No point opening a case review: waste of time in my experience.

Until this faceless, nameless, autonomous, uncontactable enforecement team becomes accountable to the customers, customers will start doing something that they have never done before: consider going to Sony.

 

Not only will the Xbox Enforcement Team not do what you ask here, they won't even read it.

While I agree completely that you have the right to say and speak how you want... this does not apply to Xbox's private Live service. They can make their own rules and they have, which are outlined in the EULA and TOS which you had to agree to in order to
sign up and use the service.

There are methods to report people who are doing what you encountered and that involves making a recording of the team killing and submitting it to Bluehole. This will get those players banned from the game.

The biggest lesson is to not take things personally and never put yourself in a position like you did here that can get you in trouble.
