Xbox live suspension

really not very happy with Microsoft Xbox live right now, I have been suspended for 2 weeks today for reason unknown to me? Had a chat ban 4 days ago which I totally understand we all get frustrated with poor players. But being suspended, being unable to
get banned for verbals, what have I done to get a 2 week ban??

ftao Xbox live. I have come to the conclusion that your online enforcement policy when playing multiplayer live gaming has created a silent, non interactive, boring experience as participants are afraid to say or do anything which has any percentage of fun,
banter, competitiveness etc. Years ago when playing wot, chatter, banter, ribbing, goading was all part of the experience and made the game great! But these days it is silent as everyone is afraid to say anything for fear of getting banned, suspended etc.

Personally I will play upto the end of my current subscription on Xbox and will sell the console to get the ps4 or pc gaming. I'm sure many many gamers feel like I do and have come to the same conclusion. Not all gamers are children, going online should
come with a warning not silly bans, penalising older players.

the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
