It said 7:30pm what time is it in the uk its 20:27 right now, when can I regain my sign in privileges? I waited the two weeks, if it's a longe sentence please change the alert and tell me the correct date I will be unsuspended

Xbox One suspension still on after expiry date

Today I had my Xbox One suspension for in game play expire and I was able to get back on at the time it said. I still can't send messages or speak in parties even though my communications suspension expired yesterday. I look in my
enforcement history and I have no active suspension on my account. What is going on? I'm very confused and worried that something permanent might be at play when everything indicates it should not.

Gold Membership

Fellow Gamers. Just finished a live chat with a fantastic individual named Trey.

Go to your Xbox Settings>Account>Subscriptions, and take note of your Xbox Live Gold expiry date.

Then go to My Games and Apps, scroll to Memberships, and click Xbox Live Gold. In the top left should be the Expiry date, take note of this.

Take note of both expiry dates. Chances are you have two different expiry dates. Start an Xbox Support Live Chat and mention this to them.

After mentioning this to Xbox Support Live Chat they did something on their end, asked me to do a power cycle, and boom everything is working once again.

I hope this also works for all of you.

I think your neighbour is pulling your leg. There is no way to put a hold on xbox live service. Once it is activated it stays on until its expiry date.

starts from date of activation, although I believe they do have an expiry date to be used by. gold does stack but gold trials do not.

The likelyhood of there being a code that is still active is very slim but you could always try sites like ebay to see if anyone is selling a code you want that hasn't gone past it's expiry date.
