Xbox live Suspension Query

Microsoft xboxlive account suspended. Did case review, which was upheld for 'cheating', but no clue as to what that really means. Is there any way to find out more specific details, as am concerned that not knowing what this 'cheating' refers to may lead
to it happening again, and a permanent ban.

(Note. Haven't used any mods, or been on any modded lobbies).

Cheating can be anything from using a glitch to get you out of the map to currency farming in a game.

No way of certain for knowing. Ban if a ban occurred it was probably warranted. They usually require evidence before making a decision.

Ok, thanks very much for the info. Seems odd that they cant give a better indication of what the offeence actually was.
